Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the FLYTEES APPAREL online store. This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders with FLYTEES APPAREL PTY LTD ("FLYTEES APPAREL", "we", "us", or "our") via the store and website located at https://flytees.store and its subpaths (collectively, the "Website"). This policy forms a part of our collective Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Return and Refund Policy, this policy controls with respect to refunds, returns or replacements.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them), which by law may not be limited or excluded. Subject to this, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your original purchase.
In Australia, your purchased goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the goods and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the items fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For clarity, a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law includes circumstances where: the goods are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time; the goods are significantly different from their description or sample; the goods are substantially unusable; or the goods are unsafe.
Making a Claim
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at support@flytees.store with proof of purchase (e.g. your invoice) and a photograph and/or video of the item(s) in question. We will assess your request and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible, typically within two (2) business days.
In either case, you are welcome to keep the original goods. If you do not wish to keep them, consider donating them to your local op shop or charity to reduce waste, or contact us to arrange a return, at which time we will advise you of any return shipping requirements.
Replacement
If a replacement for purchased goods has been approved, we will let you know once your replacement goods have been dispatched.
The same processing and delivery timeframes apply as per our Shipping Policy on replacement items.
Where applicable, we advise you double-check the sizing of the goods being ordered against measurements provided prior to making a purchase, as we will generally not replace goods based on incorrect size choice.
Refunds
If you have elected to receive a refund under your rights, we will let you know if and when the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method on the same or following business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, which we do not have control over.
If you have not received your refund and more than ten (10) business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at support@flytees.store so that we may begin an investigation.

Changes to This Return and Refund Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Return and Refund Policy on this Website, update the "Last updated" date and provide notice as required by applicable law.
