Thank you for visiting and shopping at the FLYTEES APPAREL online store. This Shipping Policy applies to orders with FLYTEES APPAREL PTY LTD  ("FLYTEES APPAREL", "we", "us", or "our") via the store and website located at https://flytees.store and its subpaths (collectively, the "Website").

FLYTEES APPAREL operates the Website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Purchase Services”). The Website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Purchase Services to you. This Shipping Policy describes what to expect when it comes to processing your orders and shipping to you the purchases you have made using the Purchase Services. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Shipping Policy, this Shipping Policy controls with respect to order processing and shipment.

By using and accessing any of the Purchase Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Shipping Policy and understand the information contained. If you do not agree with the Shipping Policy, do not use the Purchase Services. This policy forms a part of our collective Terms of Service.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them), which by law may not be limited or excluded. Subject to this, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your original purchase.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights where goods are not delivered within a reasonable time or are not delivered at all, including the right to a refund, replacement or cancellation of your order. These rights exist independently of any investigation or process we undertake, and nothing in this policy affects them.

Processing your Order

After placing an order, you will be sent an order confirmation and tax invoice to the email address provided. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

All orders are typically processed on the same or following business day that we receive your payment. Preparing your order for shipment typically takes two (2) business days. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may experience delays. Outside of these times, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you if, for some reason, there are processing delays.

Shipment Methods

We ship Australia-wide, with delivery time depending on your location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

We currently only offer standard shipping but are looking to add further shipping choices, such as express shipping, in the future.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. We may use different carriers of comparable service level and quality standard depending on your delivery location, and our choice of carrier is subject to change at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

All delivery timeframes, including those provided at checkout, are not guaranteed and are provided as a guide only. Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or failure of third-party carrier or telecommunications networks. In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and work with relevant parties to arrange delivery as soon as practicable. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss your options. Please contact us at support@flytees.store prior to placing your order if you have concerns about delivery timeframes.

Shipment tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation with a tracking link that you can use to track your package to its destination.

Missing or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that the tracking for your package shows it as delivered but you have not received it, or the original delivery estimate has passed without further tracking updates, we kindly ask you to first check the surroundings of your delivery address around common courier hiding spots. If you have not been able to locate your package in this manner, please contact us at support@flytees.store within two (2) business days of the latest expected delivery date so that we may begin an investigation.

If you contact us regarding a missing or lost package we will begin an investigation with the courier service within two (2) business days of receiving your report. Should the investigation remain unresolved after ten (10) business days, we will contact you to arrange a remedy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a refund or replacement for undelivered goods, apply independently of this investigation (see Your Consumer Rights above). If you prefer not to wait for the investigation to complete, please contact us to discuss your options.

Damage and other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@flytees.store as soon as practicable if your items arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can review the issue promptly and make it right.

We request that you assist us in the process by retaining all original packaging materials for inspection, and taking clear photos of the goods as soon as you receive your order.
